A fish farm in Yuen Long has witnessed the ups and downs of Hong Kong's fish farming industry. Fish farmer Lai has been raising fish fry for sale in markets for many years. After joining the Accredited Fish Farm Scheme of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conversation Department, he found it to be an efficient and systematic way to feed fish.
