The Financial Secretary, Mr John Tsang, is currently consulting the public on his 2009–2010 Financial Budget. He has also enlisted the help of the famous local comic artist Mr Lee Chi-ching in producing 30,000 copies of a limited-edition comic book version of the budget entitled Tomorrow‧Future for Today (in Chinese) for free distribution to the general public.

Members of Youth.gov.hk who fill in and submit the following information will each receive a free copy of the comic book. Only 100 free copies will be given away on a first-come-first-served basis.

Note: The first 100 Youth.gov.hk members who register for the free copies will receive a confirmation letter via email, and the comic book will be sent to them by surface mail. Please make sure that the information you provide is accurate. Youth.gov.hk will not be liable for any lost mail or postal errors.
