Voluntary Registration Scheme for Vehicle Maintenance Promotional Video Competition
To enhance public understanding of the Voluntary Registration Scheme for Vehicle Mechanics (VRSVM) and the Voluntary Registration Scheme for Vehicle Maintenance Workshops (VRSVMW) as well as promote the quality services of registered vehicle maintenance workshops and mechanics, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department jointly organises the Voluntary Registration Scheme for Vehicle Maintenance Promotional Video Competition with the Vehicle Maintenance Technical Advisory Committee. All Hong Kong permanent residents are welcome to participate in the Competition.
Participants are required to produce a creative and compelling video (not longer than 1 minute) to introduce and promote the VRSVM or VRSVMW. The video should introduce the two Schemes, its objectives and benefits of the Schemes to the trade
and the public. In addition to the introduction of the two Schemes, the video content can also include matters related to vehicle repair and maintenance. Slogan(s) or song(s) are welcomed to be added to the entries to help further deliver the desired message.
1. Open Category - For all Hong Kong residents (including vehicle maintenance industry professionals as well as universities and tertiary institutions students)
2. School Category - For all secondary and primary school students in Hong Kong
3. "Most Supportive School Award" – There is a “Most Supportive School Award” in the School Category in recognition of the active participation of schools.
