    Tip 5: Prepare for Preliminary Assessment
The Preliminary Assessment is split into two parts: Impromptu Talk, and Group Discussion. The candidates have to present the original copy of the certificates for verification.

   Tip 6: Prepare for Written Assessment, Leadership Exercise and Practical Exercise
Candidates who have passed the Preliminary Assessment would be invited to attend the Written Assessment, Leadership Exercise and Practical Exercise. Task completion is not the only criterion. Candidates should try to display several other qualities to the examiners, including the ability to maintain team spirit, effective communication, adaptability to change, and persistence.
