Since 2023, the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) has been co-ordinating with various departments in organising Government Career Fairs at local universities. These fairs allow students to learn about the work of various government positions in a more focused manner, and provide opportunities to interact with serving civil servants and ask questions. Local universities will hold career fairs featuring government departments successively from mid-September to early October. Some civil service grades will also hold career talks and other recruitment activities. The schedule of the Government Career Fairs are as follows:
