The Civil Engineering and Development Department is currently organising the "UnCover the Joy" Manhole Cover Design Competition, inviting the public to showcase their creativity by designing a manhole cover that highlights the unique features of the Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area (HSK/HT NDA) and incorporates the area's branding concept and innovative ideas to jointly help build this vibrant new community that is ideal for living, working, connecting and travelling.

The competition theme is "Reflect the Vision, Design Highlights, and Branding Concept of the HSK/HT NDA". The public are encouraged to participate. Winning and outstanding entries may be produced into actual manhole covers or displayed at the HSK/HT NDA Community Liaison Centre.
