Youth Link is a key initiative of the Government’s Youth Development Blueprint. The Chief Executive announced in the 2025 Policy Address that a physical, interactive platform for Youth Link members - Youth Link · Nam Cheong at the Nam Cheong District Community Centre and the adjacent redeveloped Tung Chau Street Temporary Market will be established. The new venue will provide Youth Link members with a on-going platform for interaction.

The first-phase facilities at Youth Link · Nam Cheong has commenced trial operation since 22 December 2025 (Mon). An array of activities, including workshops, cultural experience events, volunteer opportunities, as well as exchange activities will be offered to Youth Link members to expand their social networks.

Youth Link members can also enjoy shared spaces and sound booth facilities at Youth Link · Nam Cheong, giving young people another great place to go!
