The Youth Employment and Training Programme (YETP) of the Labour Department will hold the Youth Recruitment Day on 24 June 2026. 29 companies from various industries including transport, airline services, hotel, banking, public services, retail, catering and property management will join the recruitment day including full-time and part-time on-the-job training vacancies suitable for young people. Young people aged 15 to 29 with educational attainment at sub-degree level or below are welcome to submit applications on the spot and may be invited for on-site interviews.Participating Employers (in random order): Dah Sing Bank, Four Seasons Hotel, Grand Hyatt, Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, Hong Kong Airport Services, Vogue Laundry, Aviation Security, HK Aircraft Engineering, Pop Mart, Eslite, Sup Retail, IKEA, Intertek Testing Services, CLPe Solutions, Towngas, MTR, KMB, EC Infotech, Hong Yip Service, Royal Elite Service, Sa Sa, Muji, Sushiro, Maxim’s Caterers, Cova, The Cheesecake Factory.Sharing SessionGuest speakers Tang Lai Ying, Chu Pak Hei and Cecilia Yeung will join the event and participate in sharing sessions. They will share their stories in pursuit of career development to encourage the young people to pursue their career goal by seizing opportunity. The sharing sessions will be conducted in Cantonese. Priority admission will be given to YETP’s service targets due to limited seats. Career Talks and Other Employment InformationCareer talks, course demonstrations and introductory sessions on special employment projects will be delivered to introduce prospects and characteristics of various industries. A Career Resources Corner will be staged to provide information on YETP services, 1-month Workplace Attachment Training vacancies, 6 to 12 months' On-the-job Training vacancies, 12-month On-the-job Training vacancies of the Labour Department, the e-Learning Support Scheme, and introduction to the Testing, Inspection and Certification Industry by the Qualifications Framework Secretariat and the Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification, so as to assist young people in planning for their future career. The Office of the Director of Apprenticeship of Vocational Training Council will also set up a booth providing information on the Project for Tradesman Trainees co-organised by YETP and vocational training. Service providers will also provide various services on-site, such as providing assistance to eligible applicants in the enrolment process of joining YETP, assisting applicants in selecting and enrolling in suitable training courses and providing career consultation and advice on preparing resume.
About 50 organisations will participate in the two-day job fair and offer vacancies of over 2 700 quality jobs from various industries. Around 25 organisations will set up booths and conduct recruitment on the spot each day. The vacancies include customer service officer, clubhouse assistant, recreation assistant, assistant property officer, graphic designer, marketing officer, store management trainee, clerk, pastry cook, barista, sushi apprentice, beautician, massagist, gym assistant, etc.
