Hong Kong Arts Centre

The Hong Kong Arts Centre (HKAC)—a self-financed, non-profit organisation—is widely recognised as an arts and culture incubator for Hong Kong. For the past 38 years, the HKAC has played a unique role in engaging the community with art, with a focus on promoting contemporary art and culture in Hong Kong and abroad through exhibitions, art education and related programmes. The HKAC’s main building is situated in Wan Chai, with facilities including a cinema, theatres, galleries, classrooms, studios, restaurants and office space. The HKAC provides a wide range of programmes on performing arts, visual arts, film and video arts, public art projects, conferences, art festivals and more, connecting the arts to the general public.

Blue House

Blue House refers to a 4-storey balcony-type tenement block located at 72-74A Stone Nullah Lane, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, China. It is named after the brilliant blue colour painted on its external walls. It is one of the few remaining examples of tong lau of the balcony type in Hong Kong and is listed as Grade I historic building.

Oi!

Oi! is a Grade II historic building that was built in 1908 as the clubhouse of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club. Its name links the ideas behind it with its location: Oi! sounds similar to the address in Cantonese and conveys a call for people's attention while providing a platform where they can realise their dreams in art.

PMQ

PMQ, located in Sheung Wan, is a site with several layers of historical significance. It occupies the location of the Central School and Police Married Quarters, and is now a hub for design and creative industries. Almost 100 design and creative enterprises are stationed in PMQ. Around half the tenants are in the fashion and household product design sectors with the rest in creative design categories such as fashion accessories, food, furniture, jewellery and watches, design services and design galleries. Exhibition space and event facilities are also available.

Fringe Club

The Fringe Club is a vibrant contemporary arts space where artists create and show their work, and those who enjoy the arts come to meet and see shows. Facilities for exhibitions and performances here are offered rent-free to both emerging and professional artists in Hong Kong and from overseas. It is housed in a Grade-I heritage building, formerly the old "Dairy Farm" cold storage depot, built circa 1892 in a late Victorian architectural style. It is a popular venue features and promotes theatre, dance, music and exhibitions.
