Everyone thinks they have a tough job. Juniors and lower managers especially might feel paralysed by the lack of authority, which is translated into a perceived lack of initiative by more senior colleagues. We believe influence can come from anyone, regardless of their title. Via experiential learning followed by in-depth discussions, we provide a platform for participants to reflect on their abilities and responsibilities and inspire them to look at the bigger picture of how to drive tangible results by making meaningful contributions to a team.
