Outreach Music Interest Courses

Outreach Music Interest Courses will be conducted from Mar to Aug 2024. Courses ranging from Chinese and Western musical instrument foundation classes to music workshops will take place at different Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) venues and Music Office Music Centres across the territory.

Workshops

• New course: AI Music Creation
• Online course: ABCs of Musicianship
• Ensemble training: Chinese Ensemble・Western Ensemble
• Instrumental enrichment: Erhu・Yangqin・Zheng・Violin・Cello
• Others: Keyboard・Music Theory・Aural Training・Little Harp・Classical Guitar・Ukulele

Instrument Foundation Classes

• Chinese: Xiao・Dizi・Zhongruan・Pipa・Yangqin・Zheng・Erhu
• Western: Violin・Viola・Cello・Flute・Clarinet・Saxophone・Percussion (Glockenspiel & Practice Pad)

Course Fees
$260 - $1,140 (5 to 20 lessons)

Stage 1 Recruitment (application deadline: 30 January)

Stage 2 Recruitment (remaining places will accept applications from 28 February to one week after the course commencement on a first-come, first-served basis)
